What does my founder assessment score tell me?
Your score shows how well the business is working within the stage suggested by your answers. Use it to decide what to improve. It does not rank you against other businesses, certify your business or predict success.
Is there a review for managers and team leaders?
Yes. Choose Management Team Member and answer 20 questions about what you see at work. You can say when you do not know enough to answer. Your report shows what is working and what may need attention. It uses only your answers and does not give the business a stage or an overall score.
How does the AI explanation work?
AI is optional. If you give permission and request an explanation, relevant details from your assessment are sent to OpenAI. The AI explains your report and plan. It does not decide or change your results. Founder reports include a stage and scores. Management reports describe the manager’s own experience.
Can I track progress as my business changes?
Yes. Open a completed report and choose Start my action plan. Track tasks, use the cashbook, role guide and meeting sheet, and record weekly progress. Choose Save progress to save these updates to your account. This does not change your saved assessment result. Founders can assess the business again from a saved report and see the old and new results together. Managers can start a new review and find earlier reports in their account.
